And the experience is not just the time that the players are on the pitch. It's the whole day that you are paying for. And you expect to have a good time.
Ensuring that crowds come back again and again, win-lose-or draw is challenge when marketing any team or venue. You have to do something different, that engages the fans and is relevant. Oh...and it has to be inexpensive...because the manager has spent all the money on the team and their wages.
